As the Founder and Managing Partner of Drip Capital Partners, I work closely with business owners to provide swift, straightforward exits while ensuring their teams and businesses thrive post-transition. My goal? To scale companies 10x and beyond.
Previously, I led the US expansion for ManyPets, where we grew from zero to $7M GWP/ARR in just 12 months (You can read more here). On a global scale, I helped drive the company’s Gross Written Premium from $33M to $280M in just two years, insuring the health and happiness of over half a million pets.
Before diving into the insurance world, I spent a decade in brand development and merchandising in the luxury fashion industry. At JCPenney, I contributed to a major brand transformation, and as a merchant at Barney's and Bergdorf Goodman, I had the opportunity to shape trends at the highest level of luxury retail. These experiences taught me how to innovate, lead, and stay ahead of the curve, no matter the industry.
I’ve also founded several companies, and I’ve realized my true passion lies not in the startup phase, but in scaling businesses from 10 to 100. My expertise is in unlocking growth potential and building systems that drive sustainable success.

Surviving two near-death cardiac events changed my outlook on time and purpose. Every moment matters, and I’ve made it my mission to maximize those moments for myself and the people I work with. I’m obsessed with driving growth—not just in business but in mindset—helping leaders think bigger, move faster, and make smarter decisions.

I call New York City home, where I live with my incredible wife, Emily, our daughter, Zuzu, and our dog, Alber. When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying time with them, fully present and grateful for every moment.
